What it’s like to work with us

Every person we add to our staff represents an opportunity to add to our diversity and strength. Every person we add is a source of potential risk and most certainly adds complexity to our organization.

We take on very complex work. We invent all the time. You need to be okay with that type of risk, and you need to be confident that you can move mountains to achieve a result.

It’s exciting because it’s scary. And it’s scary because it’s exciting.

Clients prefer to work with us over the competition because we’re smart, cheerful, and objective. You need to be all three.

We’re a scientific company. We run it using management science.
